Ripley Park, Balliang

A 60 acre farmstay property north of Geelong, situated between the Brisbane Ranges and the You Yangs, bounded by the Little River. Self-contained cottage accommodation with wood fire heating, colour television, air-conditioning in main bedroom, overhead fans throughout and extensive library.

Limited kitchen facilities, including microwave and electric frypan. Hot breakfast served to your cottage. Other meals, including dinner lunch and picnic lunches are available upon request. Complimentary afternoon tea provided. Wineries, nurseries, are located nearby. Walks on the property, including along the Little River. Serendip Sanctuary nearby. The You Yangs State Park welcomes dogs on leads.

Easy access to Geelong, Bacchus Marsh, Werribee and the Brisbane Ranges. “A perfect base for exploring” (Herald Sun Travel Section). Pets very welcome and both cottages have fenced outdoor areas. Disabled accessible.
