Paradise Gardens Cottages & Bed and Breakfast, Apollo Bay

Set in landscaped gardens within a beautiful rainforest valley, only 10 minutes from Apollo Bay. Our new, luxurious and charming self-contained cottages have been designed for couples who want a special getaway. Built over our lake and affording wonderful views of the water and surrounding farmland and bushland, you can enjoy your continental breakfast (daily provisions supplied) and watch the abundant birdlife (including our resident wild ducks).

Plum Tree Cottage is two bedroom (or it can be divided into two separate units) and Twisted Willow Cottage is one bedroom. Superbly appointed and decorated with wonderful natural light, they feature living/dining areas, fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, air-conditioning, wood fires, king/queen/single beds, ensuites with spas, cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans and external decks with barbecue. A communal laundry is also available.

Since opening the cottages in September 2004, we have had wonderful positive feedback and comments from our guests, many saying that the cottages are the best accommodation they have stayed in since travelling around Australia. We also have a comfortable bed and breakfast bed-sitting room (in-house)which includes a king-sized bed and small dining setting. The ensuite has a large corner spa and there is a separate external entrance off the car park. Enjoy a delicious complementary Devonshire afternoon tea on arrival.

Australia's Best Beaches

Australia has miles and miles of shoreline but which beaches are really great? Ultimately it depends on what you're looking for in a beach. Pristine wilderness without a single footprint in sight, the sparkle of cosmopolitan high rise on the waters edge, the adrenalin pumping roar of a powerful surf beach, or quite simply the perfect white squeaky sand that squelches between your toes.
