Riverview on the Edward, Moulamein

Riverview on the Edward is a superb venue located just 3 kilometres from Moulamein in a stunning setting on the banks of the Edward River. Your hosts John and Margaret offer you three beautifully appointed guest rooms, each with ensuite. The homestead is fully air conditioned during summer with the comfort of the wood fire during winter. You are welcome to enjoy complementary beverages and a snack on arrival. Evening meals are available in the lounge/dining room with views out to the River and guests are free to enjoy the outdoor spa. A walking track follows the river for approximately 3 kilometres beneath magnificent red gums where you can often see kangaroos or other wildlife and lots of activity in the treetops if you enjoy bird watching. There are plenty of spots along the way perfect for a picnic. Photo opportunities abound or maybe throw a line in the water and try your luck (fishing rods available). The property is also a working stud farm breeding Texel sheep where guests are welcome to participate in the day to day activities. Whether for a few days, a weekend or just overnight, escape, relax and unwind at Riverview on the Edward. It’s just the spot.
