The four and a half star resort boasts 88 rooms which includes 88 deluxe hotel rooms and two bedroom apartments, where each accommodation unit comprises of a patio or balcony. Each room has individual reverse cycle air-conditioning along with television and video recorder, coffee and tea facilities, iron, fridge and toaster. Direct dial telephone and modem access is also available. Each apartment comprises of one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and clothes dryer, air-conditioning, and television and video recorder. Most rooms have either their own corner spa or bath spa.

Broadwater Resort & Spa has a licensed restaurant and bar, and conference/function rooms to suit any group up to 260 people for that different kind of conference in the south west. The resort offers complimentary parking for guests, secretarial services, 24-hour reception, and room service from 0900 to 2100.

Three Bedroom Executive Apartment

Two bedroom executive apartments which join with a deluxe king room to form a three bedroom apartment which sleeps six people.
