The Dunes consist of three, two bedroom, fully self-contained serviced apartments, rated four stars by the Royal Automobile Club (RAC). The luxury of space abounds throughout the apartments and the modern kitchens are well equipped. The seperate living areas are perfect for entertaining or relaxing, and for corporate guests the open plan layout is ideal for business meetings.

Cook up a treat on the gas Barbeque in the sheltered courtyard, away from the ‘Fremantle Doctor’ – the name locals affectionately call the afternoon sea breeze, or relax and unwind beside the oriental style fishpond.

Each apartment is tastefully appointed with air-conditioning, bedroom ceiling fans, television and video, laundry, chef’s kitchen and there is even a spa bath to enhance the relaxation of your stay.

Located on the Sunset Coast and just a few minutes walk to the glittering shores of Scarborough Beach, one of Australia’s premier swimming, water sport and surfing destinations. It is within walking distance to the beachfront strip, where many fine dining restaurants can be enjoyed. Public transport, tour booking and hire cars are available close by.

The three apartments are set in a quiet, private complex. Each apartment has its own shaded outdoor deck, remote control garage, business support services and direct dial telephone. There is also access to a communal courtyard area, with gas Barbeque.

Pristine wilderness without a single footprint in sight, the sparkle of cosmopolitan high rise on the waters edge, the adrenalin pumping roar of a powerful surf beach, or quite simply the perfect white squeaky sand that squelches between your toes.
