Unwind in Busselton – Prospect Villa is within easy walking distance to the beach, town centre and restaurants and is only a short drive to superb award winning wineries. This Villa is conveniently located near transport depots.

Historic Prospect Villa was built in c1844 and is a limestone two storey house, beautifully furnished with antiques and full of history. In the main house there are three comfortable rooms all with private bathrooms and facilities. Historic Prospect Villa is listed on the State Heritage Register and classified by the National Trust.

A private, fully self-contained cottage incorporating many heritage architectural features and furnished with antiques is now located on the property. Luxuriate in our new self contained cottage featuring sumptuous furnishings and antiques. The cottage caters for up to three people and offers air conditioning, pot belly stove for winter nights and a claw foot bath. Judi and Chris look forward to being your hosts.

Suitable for day trips to Dunsborough and Margaret River wineries.
