Jemelup Chalets, Dunsborough

Jemelup Chalets are set in the south west of Western Australia, 350 kilometres south of Perth, the capital city of the State. The chalets are located ten minutes by car to the south of Dunsborough, a seaside tourist resort in the Margaret River Wine Region. The area is rich in tourist resources such as magnificent beaches, wineries, art galleries, potteries and tourist towns.

Jemelup Chalets offers self catering two or three bedroom rammed earth spa chalets able to sleep four or six people comfortably. The four star chalets are beautifully appointed with fully equipped kitchen, top quality beds, linen, blankets and doonas, spa baths, television, video recorder, DVD, pot belly stove, communal laundry, barbecue and camp kitchen.

Special Attractions – Drop everything and come and experience the fresh sea air and country hospitality available in the South West. The chalets are set on a peaceful 100 acre Marron farm with views to Geographe Bay. Located in the golden heart of the wine country you can also have a swing on the Dunsborough golf course, swim at the delightful Meelup Beach and laze on the shaded lawns, fish at one of the magnificent local beaches, try a catamaran at the local beach and visit the many wineries and restaurants that are within minutes of the chalets.

Special features – Fresh marron can be bought on request, fifty acres of bushland available for walks, see our wonderful selection of wildlife and wildflowers, and in winter, special courses in Italian language, cooking and culture will be available.

Accommodation Options

Two Bedroom chalet

Our two bedroom chalets have one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two single beds that can form a king bed (request needs to be made upon booking – depends on availability). The chalet has one bathroom with spa bath, separate toilet, full kitchen and lounge area with television/VCR/DVD and pot belly fire. All linen, blankets, doonas, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided. Guests need to bring their own beach towels, toiletries and food. Cot and highchair hire is free but depends on availability.

Three bedroom chalet

Our three bedroom chalet has one bedroom witha queen bed, the second bedroom has two single beds that can form a king bed (request needs to be given upon booking – depends on availability) and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is one bathroom with spa bath, separate toilet, full kitchen and lounge area with television/VCR/DVD and pot belly stove. All linen, blankets, doonas, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided. Guests need to supply their own beach towels, food and toiletries. cot and highchair hire is free but depends on availability.
