When you stay away from home, The Villas fills your needs with friendly management of clean, secure and very practical full self-contained apartments. ‘Everything is provided’ means just that – much like you expect to find at home.

Townsville supplies a wide range of reasons to stay a few days. Tourism, business, family sporting, education and medical services, with all government facilities represented. The Villas is central to all and no further than 15 minutes by vehicle to any destination.

Situated in Townsville’s inner city suburbs they are five minutes walk from local supermarket shopping, with hotels and restaurants to choose from. Public transport to all main centres is close at hand.

The Villas are family owned and managed (one owner property), consist of five one bedroom and five two bedroom apartments, surrounding a landscaped swimming pool (large enough to swim in) with two barbecue areas and room to enjoy outdoor living, complimented with spacious indoor living. The location is quiet. Your apartment faces the pool and is surrounded by tropical gardens.

Townsville enjoys an average 320 days of sunshine per year and is the gateway to many interesting locations. Magnetic Island is 20 minutes by ferry. The Great Barrier Reef is accessed by fast catamaran (snorkelling, glass bottom boat, fishing, scuba diving). The Strand is two kilometres of good beach with all year swimming facilities. Townsville is home to National Rugby League and Basketball teams as well as most other sports enjoyed in Australia. Rainforest experiences in a number of National Parks are an easy half or full day outing. The Local Town Common is for nature lovers. Castle Hill dominates the City Skyline and is a tourism must with 360 degree views.
