Bucasia Beachfront Caravan Resort, Mackay

Bucasia Beachfront Caravan Resort is located on Mackay‘s Award winning Bucasia Beach at the start of the Whitsunday Passage. This beautiful sandy beach is well protected with a north-easterly aspect.

The natural environment around the Resort encourages many form of wildlife including Possums, Peacocks and Rainbow Lorikeets, which can be hand fed. The fishing is great off the beach or off your own boat with a ramp only 150 metres from the premises. You can cool off in the fresh water pool and meet fellow travellers at the barbecue area.

Caravan and camping sites enjoy a tranquil setting surrounded by many shady trees with sea views from most sites. Self-contained, ensuite cabins overlook the beach and enjoy cool breezes from the ocean and views towards Brampton Island. Resort facilities include tiled amenities, concrete slabs, portable barbecues, laundry and LPG gas. Tourist information is available at the office along with tour bookings, ice, bait and electronic fund transfer at the point of sale.
