Palm Royale Cairns is very unique… Designed to suit the Tropical North Queensland lifestyle, the hotel is styled on Mediterranean architecture whilst incorporating classic design influences of the tropics. Combined with contemporary elements of arches, parapets, wrought-iron and terracotta tiles with the light, airy colours, good quality fabrics and subtle lighting, offering guests a unique atmosphere not featured elsewhere in Tropical North Queensland.

The hotel surrounds a landscaped courtyard of tropical gardens and swimming pools including a free form pool with spa, a children’s pool, 25 metre lap pool and a dedicated dive training pool.

To ensure a comfortable stay, the rooms feature air-conditioning, ceiling fans, king sized beds and private balconies. Special features include a bedside clock, radio, in-room safe, iron and ironing-board, in-house movies, refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities.

Situated at the foot of the Whitfield mountain range, surrounding Cairns, Palms Royale Cairns, is located six kilometres from Cairns and eight kilometres from Cairns airport. Complimentary courtesy coach transfers from and to the airport are provided and may be arranged at the time of reservation. For guests wishing to discover Cairns City a return city shuttle service operates throughout the day into the evening. All tour operators pick up and drop off at the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located adjacent to Raintrees Shopping Centre which offers a comprehensive range of shops including a typical ‘Aussie’ pub.
