Accommodation Options

Marine Deluxe

With sweeping views and generous balconies, your stay in a marine deluxe room will be unforgettable. They feature Carrara marble bathrooms with twin basin vanities, a bath and separate shower. There is also a fold out sofa bed for an additional guest. Deluxe rooms can be converted to twin or king bed configurations. The size is 54 square metres, the view is of the boardwalk, the marina and the lagoon. The rooms are air-conditioned with fans, a kitchenette with crockery/cutlery. There are rooms available for guests with disabilities.

Marine Suite

Fully air-conditioned with large terrace balconies over the lagoon, the suites are suitable for young families or small groups. They offer a separate double bedroom and two sofa beds in the lounge area. They feature Carrara marble bathrooms with twin basin vanities, a bath and separate shower. Suites can be converted to twin or king bed configurations. The size is 71 square metres, the view is of the marina and lagoon. They are air-conditioned with fans, a kitchenette with crockery/cutlery. Rooms for disabled guests are available.

Two Bedroom Lodge

The Marine Lodges have their own large private deck with steps leading directly to the white beach sand of the lagoon or the marina. Bathrooms feature Carrara marble, twin basin vanities as well as full sized baths and separate showers. All lodges are perched over the Marina water or lagoon. The size is 87 square metres, the view is of the Broadwater and lagoon. There is a kitchen with crockery/cutlery for six. There are two bedrooms, air-conditioning, fans and gas log fires.

Four Bedroom Villa

The Marine Villa multi-level design creates the ideal environment for separate family living and cooking areas. A huge balcony deck and outside living area offers a barbecue venue or a parents’ retreat. The spacious villas are complete with elegant furnishings and the highest quality fittings. The size is 182 square metres, the view is of the Broadwater or the Forest. (Different rates apply). Upstairs there is one bedroom, one bathroom, lounge and kitchen with dining capacity for eight, there is a total of four bedrooms, the villas are air-conditioned with fans, gas log fires, compact disc players, a gas barbecue.
