Kooran Rise, American River

Kooran Rise is a new contemporary style house in a peaceful and private setting surrounded by a bush garden, with extensive sea and rural views over American River. Kooran Rise is immaculately presented and furnished to executive standard with spacious living areas and two decks. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel cooker and cook top, microwave and dishwasher. Full laundry facilities are available. Quality bed linen and towels are provided. Environmentally friendly cleaning products are also provided and the property is smoke free and pet free. There are garden steps to reach the house and a short internal stairway. The local store, foreshore and restaurants are approximately one kilometre from Kooran Rise.
