Kestrel Downs is a three bedroom colonial style home, designed for year round comfort. Situated on 40 hectares of rolling hills, it is set in secluded bushland with panoramic views of American River, Pelican Lagoon and the Southern Ocean. It is two kilometres from beautiful Pennington Bay and seven kilometres from the scenic American River township – an ideal base from which to experience the wonderful opportunities for swimming, surfing, fishing and exploring the tranquil northern and rugged southern coastline of Kangaroo Island.
