Mill Cottage Loxton, Loxton

The Riverland‘s charming 1920s Mill Cottage Loxton is located in Mill Road within walking distance to the mighty River Murray and all of Loxton’s excellent facilities – hotel, club, shops, fast food outlets, post office, tourist office, swimming pool, tennis courts and oval, yet it’s so quiet and private in Mill Road that you would think you were way out in the country. Loxton is an easy drive from the Riverland’s other beautiful river towns of Renmark, Berri, Barmera and Waikerie. Mill Cottage can accommodate up to six people in three beautifully appointed bedrooms. This charming old home has polished floors, open fires, high ceilings, reverse cycle air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and a large well appointed bathroom. The garden is lovely, you can dine alfresco style under cover on the verandah or inside in the cosy kitchen. Feel free to supplement the provisions you will find in the kitchen for a cooked or continental breakfast by picking an orange or two from the wonderful tree in the front garden and don’t forget to check if the Mill Cottage hens have left you a fresh egg or two.
