The luxurious apartment with private entrances is set in a large garden on the edge of the city, five minutes from the Blue Lake, the main shopping area, restaurants, caves and sinkholes. Relax in the luxury of this Victorian style one bedroom self contained apartment with modern facilities.

The queen size bedroom has ensuite facilities with walk in robes and hand basin. A shower and toilet adjoin in a separate area. The generous lounge contains reverse cycle air conditioning for all season comfort and indoor relaxation with colour television including Austar, video player and compact disc player. Another couple can be accommodated in the double sofa bed in the lounge with two-way access to the bathroom.

A guest undercover outdoor area with hooded gas barbecue is provided, or meals can be eaten indoors in the dining area, which comfortably seats four. The modern kitchen has full size oven and refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and is fitted out with cookware, utensils and crockery. A laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board is provided and large verandas cater for under cover drying. Being located within 30 minutes drive of Nelson, Princess Margaret Rose Cave, Port MacDonnell and Piccaninnie Ponds, 60 minutes from Portland and 40 minutes from the Coonawarra winery area, many holiday activities are available.
