Beachhouse with three bedrooms, one queen size with en suite, one double bed and two single beds. Short walk to beach and jetty and close proximity to boat ramps. The house has a private, fenced rear yard with shady barbecue area and fish cleaning facilities and there is a large deck to the front with lovely views. The house is at Streaky Bay, close to the centre of town and one street back from the beach. Three bedrooms consisting of one queen bed, one double and two single beds. The main bedroom has an en suite. The laundry is separate. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven with range hood, refrigerator, freezer and has an adequate supply of glasses, crockery and utensils. There is a separate dining and lounge room which are fully furnished and the house has split system reverse cycle air conditioners. Outside there is a decked verandah at the front with pergola and a barbecue and fish cleaning area to the rear with a private backyard.
