Wilkadene Cottage, Renmark

Wilkadene Cottage is a self contained three bedroom cottage with a lounge room having a combustion wood heater, television, DVD and video, and a separate large sun room. It is located in the extensive gardens of heritage listed Wilkadene Homestead on the banks of the River Murray. It is a birdwatcher’s paradise with binoculars and bird guidebooks supplied. There is also a floating fibreglass pontoon with swim deck for fishing, swimming or water skiing in our protected bend of the river. Barbecues, picnic tables and an outdoor gazebo are provided. Most activities are free with a kayak supplied and synthetic lawn tennis court with net and racquets supplied. Wilkadene is a working orchard and Murtho consists of only four houses, so there are excellent nearby nature walks in this secluded setting.
