Eileen’s Cottage is a unique and romantic retreat for one couple. The huge old beams and open stone fireplace are features of this spacious bluestone settler style cottage. It has one bedroom with a queen size mahogany four poster bed. The full size bathroom is light and bright with a deep claw foot bath and shower recess. The decoration and furniture add to the ambience of the cottage and guest comfort. The cottage is self catering with generous provisions left for hearty cooked country breakfasts. Homemade biscuits, bowl of fresh fruit, chocolates and a decanter of Muscat are also left. During the cooler months of the year plenty of firewood is supplied for the fireplace. The cottage also provides for guests with reverse cycle air conditioning, colour television, DVD player, CD/radio/cassette player, books, magazines, games, electric blanket, bed linen, towels, ceiling fan over bed, washing machine, clothes dryer, crockery, cutlery, refrigerator, microwave oven and kitchen equipment for preparing breakfasts and light meals.

Evelyn Country Suite reflects the style and comfort of the cottage – old timber, exposed brick and iron ceilings are features of its rustic charm. The bullnose verandah, grapevine and garden shelter the suite’s own entrance, allowing guests tranquil privacy. The suite is large and welcoming with attractive decor and antique pine furniture. The queen size bed is ‘just so comfortable say guests’. The bathroom has a claw foot bath and separate shower. Serviced daily. Reverse cycle air conditioning, colour television, DVD player, CD/radio/cassette player, kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, homemade biscuits, chocolates and a decanter of Muscat are also provided for guests.
